Facilitation is generally done in small groups with a specific goal in mind. Business, Governmental Agencies and Non Profits are encouraged to have an assessment meeting to determined what your specific needs and concerns are and how we can address them. The programs are interactive and challenging in that all participants play an active role in developing their own process in the group. This approach has been proven to be the most effective because it calls on all participants to find and exercise their own collective genius, which have been proven to be highly effective in developing confidence and innovative thinking. In addition because the process is geared to full group participation every one gains a sense of trust and respect that is a foundation of Social Intelligence. We generally recommend the group size to be between 10 and 30.

The focus of our facilitation programs are divided into 4 basic areas.

The first is in the area of Goals and Objectives in this program we discuss how business, non profits, and individuals develop goals, what the purpose of the goal is, and the strategies that have been successful, and why.

The second is in the area of  Human Relations and Employee Development, why this the responsibility of all managers not just the H.R. department. The true incentives for excellent work are rarely what manages have been taught to believe. Why incentive programs often fail to enrich the organization or people who were meant to be motivated by it.

The third is in the area of Decision Making and Problem Solving. If every situation that we find unproductive is really an opportunity to grow beyond where we presently find our selves, how do we use that opportunity effectively. How attitudes  and perspectives effect the way we perform this activity.

The fourth is in the area of Marketing and Service Strategies. How to view the customer, the product or service, and your roll in marketing in such a way that everyone feels well served and appreciated. A very fresh and innovative approach to marketing and Service Management. 

Each facilitation program is 3 hours in actual facilitation training, and are best done in the A.M. or over a lunch period.
